Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The latch on the driver side door stuck in the open position and the door latch would not function. The door remained unlatched and unsecured. All of the door latches were replaced at the dealer on 28 Dec 2020 per recall R89978. The problem hasn't been confirmed by the dealer yet but is scheduled. The car was parked at the time so no indication of a problem until I sat in the drivers seat and the door remained ajar with the handle stuck in the open position.”
