“This is not a complaint, but rather a followup to my previous report on my failed norcold refrigerator that I submitted on 22 sep. I could not find another way to contact you except for this complaint form. Want to let you know that norcold responded promptly and replaced the cooling unit in my refrigerator. It appears to be cooling ok now. They (norcold) asked me to let you know they fixed my refrigerator as quickly as possible.”
