“Recall of part [speed control deactivation switch] on a ford motor used in a 2002 Winnebago motor home. Recall letter was received in october 2007. To date this problem has not been resolved as the part has been unavailable. Local ford dealership/service was contacted, insurance carrier contacted, dealership that sold the vehicle to me contacted, as well as other local rv dealers (who were unaware such a problem existed. We are unable to use the motorhome until this problem is fixed, which can't be fixed until the part is shipped to local ford service department.”
