“1.hood: while driving at highway speed, I noticed the hood fluttering as if it was not closed securely. I pulled off at the next exit and checked the latch. I tried to pull it open but found it was securely latched. I opened then latch and shut it down hard to make sure it was tightly secured. When I got back out onto the highway, it happened again! It has now happened several times. I've gotten used to it but it is still unnerving each time as I fear the hood will fly up while I'm driving at high speed. 2. …”

After loading cargo space I wanted to close tailgate manually very slowly to ensure that cargo would not damage door, or door damage cargo. I grasped the tailgate door on lower edge and began slowly closing tailgate door to make sure door would clear any possible obstructions before actually closing door securely. …”
