2020 Acura TLX Other or unknown Problems

“My car has started to jerk. I called the dealership where I got it from and they told me that if it didn't jerk in there possession there is nothing they could do. It's a 2020 and it has a little over 28k miles on it. There are 2 open recalls on my vehicle, but my specific vin isn't affected. I don't know what else to do .”

“My wife and I had just turned into Kroger's parking lot and I was looking for a parking space, we were probably going 15~20 MPH. The car suddenly accelerated on its own. I was able to put on the brakes and slow the car down before we hit a pedestrian and/or other cars in the parking lot. We were fortunate that we were on an open stretch of parking lot, this may have turned out really bad. We drove around town after this happened and stopped and restarted the car several times. It has not happened again today.”
