“The contact owns a 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, another driver who was driving approximately 55 MPH ran the red light and crashed into the front driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle then made 180 degrees spin. The contact stated that the fender, the bumpers, the hood, the front driver's side suspension, and the front and rear driver's side doors, were damaged. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained soreness on the neck and on the back. Additionally, the contact sustained mental and emotional trauma. …”
