“While driving the car all of a sudden the sunroof completely exploded with no rocks hitting it or any other object. The explosion was so loud and unexpected that it caused me to swerve and nearly hit a car to my side and ahead of me. I attempted calling the closest dealership as well as premium care Alfa and they denied the warranty claim when the car was purchased brand new last year in 2024 and has under 15,000 miles. …”

We have tried several dealers, including Alfa Romeo Daytona Beach, to solve the recall problem, but were given no solution at every attempt. We no longer feel safe driving this car with an enduring open safety recall and would like to file a complaint to Alfa Romeo. The recall is related to a software defect that does not allow the rear view camera to display, increasing the chance of an accident.”
