“The car leaks oil. Audi of wilmington refuses to repair it. Purchased it in 2015 and have been trying to get repaired. Bought it from kia of wilmington along with a warranty that was never honored by either. Was told kia never registered the warranty. Also the car was sold with a lifetime warranty that no-one will honor. The driver door has a shortage and the defrost doesn't work. The alarm works when it wants to. I was told there is recall. Can you help”
NHTSA complaint #10985552, filed 2017-05, 44,598 miles“On Sunday December 19, 2021, while driving home the warning light for the battery/alternator flashed on with an associated beep warning. An estimated 30 miles later all electrical and motor functions died while I was in heavy traffic. I was able to pull off onto a narrow shoulder up a steep hill and park. All functions quit, I could not come out of Park , the emergency brake switch would not release, the emergency flashers did not function. Nothing responded. I called AAA Towing service to be taken to an Audi service repair shop. …”
