2009 Audi A6 Technical Service Bulletins
709 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2009 Audi A6. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.
- 10123896Mar 7, 2013Engine cooling. The engine warning light is on after engine replacement. The engine is not running roughly. However, the engine control module, J623 (01), is storing one or more of the following engine misfire fault codes: DTCs P0300 - P0304. The fault codes occur at light load, between 8% and 14% accelerator pedal position. The programmed values for the misfiring recognition are not automatically reset by deleting the memory once.

Central locking via remote control does not work either sporadically or permanently. The locks can still be operated manually. Missing synchronization between the remote control key and vehicle because the battery has been disconnected or the battery of the remote control has been replaced.
- 10124025Feb 19, 2013Engine cooling. Some Audi A6 customers have reported small coolant leaks from the air charge cooler on their vehicles. We have identified the radiator mountings installed in production as the cause of these small leaks.
