“The vehicle defrost system stopped working due to the aluminum heater core getting clogged. The Audi maintenance does not have an interval for flushing the system on a regular basis. The vehicle only has 58,000 miles and the the failed/clogged heater core is preventing the defrost and defogging of the windshield making visibility dangerous in cold weather and sunlight.”
