“The component that failed is battery cell 6 within the internal high-voltage traction battery pack assembly. The vehicle is currently experiencing a severe high-voltage isolation/safety breakdown, flagging diagnostic trouble code B1D9EF1 while running on manufacturer software version 0490. The vehicle and its high-voltage battery pack are currently located at an authorized dealership and remain fully available for inspection upon request. …”

“The rear coolant bottle for the drive motor is completely full, hv faults are stored. Battery is in warning condition, j840 stores internal malfunction faults. Additional diagnosis is necessary for the hv system, and the rear drive motor will need to be replaced. Found cell imbalance faults stored, found j840 battery module is faulty and must be replaced. Further diag is necessary, multiple faults are preventing the vehicle from moving, faults set on 06/22/26. Hv and drive motor faults are not likely to be related to any impacts or damage, malfunctions are electrical and internal.”
