“The contact owns a 2019 Audi Q8. The contact stated that while attempting to exit the vehicle by pulling the interior door handles, the doors would not immediately open. The failure had occurred on the front driver and passenger side doors along with the rear passenger door. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 16,000.”

The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed with a failure related to Technical Service Bulletin: DTC B14FF29. The vehicle was repaired under Warranty. …”
