“The contact owns a 2014 Bmw 328D. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 MPH, the sun roof exploded and pieces of glass fell down. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the sun roof glass needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 20,000. The VIN was not available.”
