There were no injuries. The contact pulled the vehicle over in a nearby parking lot to inspect the vehicle and drove home. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and assigned a case manager. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 54,945.”
