“There is a recall on all Bmw n63 vehicles for excessive oil consumption bulletin b001314) customers care package. My Bmw is consuming oil and white smoke is coming out the tailpipe. I took my vehicle to Bmw and they refuse to perform the necessary repairs included in the ccp my crankcase valves also the cooling hoses all this is included in the class action suit they claim I have a engine leak. The engine is leaking because the valves are worn and need to be changed I need help getting them to conform to the ccp.”

“The contact owns a 2010 BMW 550i Gran Turismo. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a fuel odor detected inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for a smog test but failed the smog test after the fuel odor was detected. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed as a fuel leak at the connection on the high line to injectors on bank 2. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to take the vehicle to a dealer for diagnosis. …”
