“The contact owns a 2009 BMW F-800 ST. The contact stated that the ABS warning light was displayed on the instrument panel. While driving the vehicle, the contact experienced loose handling and control of the motorcycle coming from the rear wheel. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who discovered that the ABS sensor on the rear wheel had been scraped by a timing ring. Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V549000 (Wheels); which the contact linked to the failure. …”
