“While driving under 45 mph on 9/17/2026, the vehicle suddenly lost drive propulsion and would not respond to accelerator pedal input. Power spontaneously restored after roughly 1 minute. BMW Proactive Care immediately pushed automated vehicle alerts: 2472: Drive carefully. Chassis stabilization and 29: Cont. driving possible: Drivetrain . On 9/27/2026, while stopped in live traffic on a 45 mph road, the vehicle completely lost throttle, failing to accelerate from a stop. Warning chimes and dash alerts sounded. …”
