“The contact owns a 2014 BMW X1. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact heard an abnormally loud sound and then the sunroof glass fractured. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The dealer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.”
