“The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac ATS. While idling, the vehicle's back-up camera flickered on and off and the front driver side seat fractured. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the vehicle was not repaired or diagnosed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,662.”
