“While vehicle was parked a seven years old child was leaning on the left passenger window, with half of the child's head inside and the other half outside, when suddenly the window pulled up and trapped head between the windows and the frame. The police and paramedic appeared on the scene to release the child out of the window. When pressure was on the window the controls no longer functioned.
