“The contact owns a 2006 Cadillac STS. The contact stated that the tires were leaking air. The vehicle was taken to a local repair shop to have the tires replaced. While having both front tires replaced, the contact was informed that one of the front and one of the rear wheels were cracked. The contact was unsure of the exact location of the cracked wheels. The wheels were not replaced. Two months later, the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated that the wheels were not cracked. The failure continued. The contact had to put air into the tires almost daily. …”
