“The contact owns a 2019 Cadillac XTS. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH, the vehicle lost power steering functionality, and the steering wheel became difficult to turn, and the contact pulled over to the side of the road. Upon turning off and restarting the vehicle, the power steering operated as intended. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V086000 (Steering). The failure mileage was 109,133.”
