“The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette. While driving approximately 75 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed but failed to operate. As a result, the contact coasted into an intersection to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the air condition motor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 121,000.”
