2005: “I was traveling down a hill at about 35-40 MPH. When the ABS system kicked in for some reason and the brakes went stiff and I could barely stop. Mechanic said wheel sensor, it was changed and I have the same problem. The ABS kicks in at the worst times when you are slowing down coming to an intersection the brakes go stiff. Almost got killed.”

2008: “We've complained numerous times about the brakes. After having a complete brake rehab on july 7th, 2017, I experienced a complete brake failure on feb. 2nd, 2018 losing all brakes instantly as I approached a 6 lane intersection. I contacted the owner of the dealership both by phone and email and did not receive any response. I was told that a hose or tubing was rubbing against the brake lines causing an abrupt loss of fluid? Why this was not noticed during the earlier brake work seems questionable. …”

NHTSA complaint #11153606, filed 2018-11, 111,000 miles

2014: “Not sure I have this under the right affected parts , I purchased a new van, had driven my prev van 238,000+ miles so I know how to use mirrors, however, the split mirrors on these new vans do not allow you to see properly backing up & I found this to be a danger. Contacted chevy and they were not interested in doing anything about it so I purchased solid mirrors and replaced them at my own expense. Wondered if there were any other complaints????”
