“Rear brake rotors were recut 1 time, replaced 1 time by dealer due to pitting of the rotors causing ruff stopping. I replace the rear pads and rotors out of pocket at 39,000miles and stopped problem. Front brake pads cracked in the first 12,000 miles and replaced out of pocket with ceramic pads, no more brake trouble yet, the car now has 48,000 miles. We had no accidents from this.”

“I was driving on the freeway and my steering was tighter at 75 MPH. My ABS light came on which has flashed on before about 6 times but quickly went off. I thought those time my car was just having a computer fluke. But this time the ABS light was lit with my steering tight. Traction control light came on and said it was off. My brakes started to lock on me as I tried to pull over which was a hassle considering I couldn't turn the wheel easily . Eventually I was able to pull over without a major accident although it was a close call. It took more than 1/2 a mile to get my car to stop. …”

“I turned the vehicle on. The instrument panel said traction control off , service ABS. I thought oh great. I drove to the store and the vehicle drove like usual. I got back in the vehicle and the message was now off the message board on the instrument panel. A few days later I turn on the car and the message appears. Mid driving the message disappeared. The next day the message appears again. I turn off the vehicle and turn on the vehicle again this time the message is gone. This still continues. Not as frequent. But I like others think everything is ok as soon as the message is gone. …”

“Brakes grinding at 14,000 miles, 2 tires wearing. Taken to dealer, dealer turned rotars and said tires were goodyears problem. Taken to goodyear dealer, was told it was a bad set up by car dealer and was the 3rd car brought in from that dealer. Called GM hot line and was told to take into another dealer and that we would have to pay for estimate if it wasn't warranty. The first told us it would not be warranty. Now we are driving on an almost bald tire with my children and grandchild in the car. …”
