2007: “I was at a red light and the light turned green and I pressed on the accelerator and the engine revved way up but I did not go anywhere, and then kind of clunk and it seemed to have popped in gear. The amount of torque that was delivered to the wheels caused me to veer into the lane next to me that had already began to move. A semi truck almost hit me!”

2003: “I have a 2003 montecarlo ss with a 3.8 engine. Recently within the last couple of months my security light has come on. Have been told it is the pass lock. In order to shut it off I stop the car shut off lock and unlock doors and the light goes out. I have also been told this could either shut the car off or not start. Big problem. It could come on while driving or stationary.”
