“The drivers side bucket seat broke at one of the mount points under the seat. This is a bucket type seat. The seat got very wobbly after mount broke. I do not feel that this is normal wear andtear . “My research from 3 dealers show that they modify this part to prevent failure, and that the failure rate is 96 times greater than other models. I have dealer part# and units sold from the small local dealers. I feel that research will prove that in larger demographic areas that this part needs to be recalled for poor design.”

When I contacted the dealer and had the seat repaired at a $407. Dollar cost , he stated he had previously had repaired two seats a week . I contacted Chevrolet customer service and they said the problen existerd with too many miles. I reported the problem 1 year after it occurred with aproximately 30,000 more miles”
