“The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. The contact stated that the headlights were dimming intermittently whenever something electrical was being operated. On one occasion, the window was being opened and the headlights dimmed down independently. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
