2011: “While in park in our driveway, engine turned off, and keys in my hand the suburban rolled backwards down our driveway, knocking me down and rolling over my leg where it then stopped in the middle of the street. 911 was called and I was transported from the scene to the hospital where I was admitted. We are highly concerned about this incident”

NHTSA complaint #11133555, filed 2018-10, 100,200 miles

2003: “My entire instrument panel does not always work when I start my truck. It will occasionally come to life after driving a bit or sometimes it doesn't work at all. No pattern as to when, where or driving conditions. Started a few months ago where it would always work shortly after I started the engine and has progressively gotten worse,”

NHTSA complaint #11142362, filed 2018-10, 188,000 miles

2009: “Takata recall: I have been in contact with GM about the recall since 10/20/16 and nothing has been done about replacing the inflators until now. Gm keeps telling me they are trying to select a vendor to do the work but have not yet and that they consider the airbags safe for driving. When is this going to be resolved?”
