“The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that upon brushing snow off the vehicle, the contact noticed that there was snow inside the headlights, which later turned into ice and dimmed the headlights. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the failure recurred, causing the contact to pull over to the side of the road to clean the headlights. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. …”
