Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The low beam bulb on both sides of the vehicle keep going out. I have replaced each bulb at least 3 times. There is no moisture in the headlight and I don't see any electrical shorting on the harness. Malfunctioning headlights are a huge safety concern for my family and every other vehicle on the road. Also, my wife has gotten pulled over several times because of this. Almost every Chevy SUV and truck of the same year I see on the road have headlights out as well. Vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer. The headlights started failing about two years ago.”
