“From new there was a sight bump when taking off from stop at 15,000 miles it happens all the time like some one tapped your bumper. It is pronounced and constant. As well as when you stop on a hill the car rolls back like driving a standard making it dangerous for anything behind you. Person animal item. Hill assist does not work. Dealer says no codes nothing to fix. Its warranteed for 60,000 miles, until it breaks or throws a code.. This doesn't make it right or safe. Very terrifying when you take the foot off break and you start rolling back. …”
NHTSA complaint #11404059, filed 2021-03, 15,000 miles“There is a noise in the right passenger door, the transmission jerks often without giving it gas, and the radio screen blacked out when going over a railroad track”
NHTSA complaint #11361704, filed 2020-09, 19,000 miles“I was driving my car and was at a stop sign and the vehicle started acting odd and it felt like it was lunging me forward. I was concerned that it was going to do it without my control and after that it almost sluggish and stalling until I could get it out of the intersection. Took it to a repair shop and the whole turbo unit needs to be replaced with 38,000 miles on it.”
NHTSA complaint #11719156, filed 2026-02“The service stabilitrak and service powersteering will come up. Have had vehicle hooked up to computer multiple times no codes. The vehicle would not drive. The vehicle has started shaking. The engine light comes on. There is 30k miles on the vehicle. I bought this 3 months ago to have a safe vehicle. My spouse and I are disabled and we do not feel secure. I googled and it says probably a computer error from factory. I'd appreciate if I can get my vehicle recalled & fixed. Thank you”
NHTSA complaint #11616885, filed 2024-09“My car brakes locked down while I was driving home from work, at 70 mph, posted speed limit. I got it to the dealership, it started out that it was a broken wire, now they tell me I need a new fuse box and it's not covered. My car was purchased in may of 2020 and has 47k miles on it. The repairs have gone from 412.00 dollars, not including the tow bill to 719.00 dollars, not including the tow bill. A fuse box shorting out at two years old, and locking down the brakes is absurd. …”
