“Took car for routine tire rotation, 44,000 miles on car. Told could not rotate due to rear passenger tire cupping . Did research, was a recall for 2015 Chrysler for faulty shocks in rear of car. I called Chrysler, told me my VIN was not included. Very dangerous, shock could break, tire could blow out. I will have to pay for the new faulty shocks myself and 2 new rear tires.”
