“I used to do business with this car but I can not now since we have this safety recall. I took the car to the dealer they said `it should not be problem to fix`. They kept the car for two days and changed my tire did nothing about the safety recall. I had to pay for the tires for a car I can not use. This is unacceptable, they literally played me.”
