Example complaints

Electrical system: “We purchased this vehicle from a dealership in July 2024. The vehicle is only 2 years old and we have taken it to the dealership for repairs on multiple issues within the electrical components two times in one week. The first issue was the lift gate mechanism was failing which drained both of our batteries and the second issue was the horn failed. The horn is a major safety concern. Not to mention the fact that the horn parts are on back order, most likely due to many other malfunctioning horns in the Chrysler voyager. …”

NHTSA complaint #11628426, filed 2024-12

Vehicle speed control: “The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Voyager LX. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at slow speeds into a home garage, the vehicle suddenly accelerated on its own, colliding with the garage door. After which, the vehicle reversed and continued to accelerate across the street, coming to a complete stop after colliding with another garage door. The air bags did not deploy. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. A police report was filed, and injuries were reported. …”

NHTSA complaint #11591629, filed 2024-05, 4,000 miles

Air bags: “I used to do business with this car but I can not now since we have this safety recall. I took the car to the dealer they said `it should not be problem to fix`. They kept the car for two days and changed my tire did nothing about the safety recall. I had to pay for the tires for a car I can not use. This is unacceptable, they literally played me.”
