“I purchased this vehicle new and so there was never any stickers inside/on/around the headrest. When removing it for cleaning/putting on seat covers, the air bag light came on. After taking it to the dealership, I was informed that there's a wire connected to the head rest and it is supposed to tilt forward in an accident. Now, this would be a great safety feature to have, but how can it be considered important and yet not have any sort of information about it...except a tiny line somewhere in the manual. Seriously...when's the last time someone read a manual? …”
