“The passenger doors no longer open with the automatic system. The passenger windows in the back do not work any longer . The door locks do not lock by the remote or by the door button. I have to manually push them down. And occasionally the all the lights just light up and begin flashing and dinging while driving and just sitting in park. The electrical system is bad!!!. I have had to replace one fuse in the drivers motorized seat. This has been on ongoing problem since spring of 2017.”

NHTSA complaint #11075412, filed 2018-02, 65,000 miles

“While driving this car about three minutes all the dash warning lights came on and the car's lights dimmed. The motor and transmission seemed to labor and the engine quit. I pulled over onto a grass area off of the roadway. Called for a tow and had the alternator replaced. The cost to repair was $584.57”

NHTSA complaint #10927594, filed 2016-11, 51,850 miles

“I have 2 complaints. One is that the driver's side window doesn't always work. It works sometimes and other times does not. It's as if there might be a loose connection or something. The second is that there is a constant ticking noise in the engine. There is no sign of oil leak. I check it regularly. My thought is perhaps a valve or a belt. But I'm not sure. The vehicle still drives. It has not broken down.”

NHTSA complaint #11229040, filed 2019-07

“The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Caravan. When the key was inserted into the ignition, the vehicle failed to start and the bad key warning message illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (ourisman chrysler, jeep and Dodge, clarksville, maryland). The technician was unable to reprogram the computer system due to a faulty wind module. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the warranty did not cover the wind module. The failure mileage was 65,629.”

NHTSA complaint #10992467, filed 2017-05, 65,629 miles
