“The van will be sitting in driveway and the horn starts blowing, the wipers will come on and washer motor will come on too and the headlights come on also sometimes the engine will turn off going down the road. We can't drive it very far my wife drives it to work a few blocks away but that's about it we are afraid to drive it anywhere.”

NHTSA complaint #10925108, filed 2016-11, 60,000 miles

“The dash lights, head lights, and windshield wipers randomly go on and off. When this happens, I have no control over the headlights, wipers, turn signals, power windows, or door locks. I have not been able to find a mechanic who can definitively tell me what this is. It happens sporadically, sometimes with weeks in between incidents.”

NHTSA complaint #10715091, filed 2015-05, 115,000 miles

“While driving approximately 40 MPH the van hit a small pothole and lost total power. After steering to the side of the road I determine the ignition key was now in the accessory position. The same issue occurred multiple times over the course of the 7 years I owned the vehicle to the point that when my teenage sons learned to drive I coached them on what to do when the car turned off while driving.”

NHTSA complaint #10604272, filed 2014-06, 30,000 miles

“When I would turn on the heat or the air condintioning it would work at first then when I put on the brakes the air would stop working. Now the air and or heat doesn't come on blowing at all, you can feel something like it might be on low but it doesn't change when you move the dial up or down.I was told this is due to the totally integrated power module. This is electrical and should be covered through company.”

NHTSA complaint #10576840, filed 2014-04, 99,000 miles

“We turned the car on and the windshield wipers, car horn, and lights all started going off. We could not put the car in drive or reverse. Even when we turned the keys to the ignition off position the wipers, horn, and lights continued to move and flash and sound. Only once we took the keys out of the ignition did it stop. When tried to start the car again but the problem persisted. We could not get our car to drive.”
