“Recall n07: I took my vehicle to springfield chrysler auto mart when the recall was first issued, I bought this car with the airbag light on the dealership (not the one listed above) sold it to me like that. The dealership replacing the wires (dealership above) cut and spliced into the old wires instead of replacing them. They had plugs on them and he cut them right off and wired the airbags up. It is a major safety hazard for these wires to not be cut that's why they have plugs on them. …”

“Takata recall for my Dodge Challenger has not been remedied. Why? When is it going to be fixed? It endangers my passenger/s every time they are in my car.”

NHTSA complaint #10967845, filed 2017-03, 8,000 miles

“My car is under a ntsb ordered safety recall and yet I have been unable to get it fixed because of the poor customer service at bluebonnet Dodge in new braunfels where I purchased the car and live. They completely ignore any attempts to schedule appointments and when I dropped the car off the were unable to get to it that afternoon. They had my car for five hours and still said the needed to look at it. There was nothing to look at it was under a recall. They refuse to repair my car.”
