“I bought a 2008 Dodge Charger daytona from chapman Dodge in las vegas, nv. They sold me the vehicle brand new with 22 tires. The tire are hitting the fenders and cutting into the tires. I contacted chrysler corporation and they said in an email that chrysler corporation does not recommend this size tire on this car because it would be a safety hazard. I had five family members in the vehicle a couple weeks ago and noticed a noise coming from the front of the vehicle and when I stopped to investigate the lip of the fender was all bent and there were cuts in the tire. …”

The contact stated that previously, the fan and radiator failed to work due to an electrical short and the components caught on fire. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who replaced the radiator and the fan. The contact indicated that months later, the failure recurred. In addition, the contact stated that burning fumes emitted into the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the wires, starter and ignition switch were on fire. …”
