“We were driving on the interstate and my five year old son was quiet all of a sudden. He was sitting behind the drivers seat in a booster seat, seat belted in. He managed to grab the center shoulder strap of the center seat belt and wrapped it around his neck. He had begun to struggle trying to free himself and the seat belt tightened. I called 911 and at the same time was waving cars over to see if anyone has a knife I could use to cut it. Finally a gentlemen pulled over with a knife and I cut the belt to free my son.”

This allows latch to fully engage, and retry the push button. Three to five attempts will release latch mechanism. Vehicle was stationary problem first started december 2016. Still awaiting response.”
