“Hood latch failure. Hood popped open and smashed the roof on my truck. First daimler chrysler said they would not cover it because I recieved a recall notice (which I didn't) and also the place that I had the recall fixed to begin with will not fix my vehicle. I have had this hood latch replaced once already in june 2001 ( or so I thought) when the hood blew open the first time.”
