“Drivers side seatbelt would not unbuckle. Problem area is buckle housing mark press. Consumer was unable to unbuckle the seat belt, after an hour he went to the dealership and they were unable to unbuckle it so they advised him to cut it off, they could not cut it off due to liability reasons.”
