“Approaching a t interesection on a reidential street at about 15 MPH, I turned right and the vehicle steering was hard and I held on to the steering wheel to direct the vehicle to the street on the right. I stepped on the brakes it did not respond. I stepped on the parking brake foot pedal and the brake dashboard lite turned on but vehicle kept going..I panicked and somehow I managed to slow down and shift the vehicle to p the to d then to p and turned off the ignition. I checked the engine, brake fluid and power steering fluid..everything was ok.”
