“Seat track bent. Could not properly adjust seat front to back. This made it difficult to safely reach gas & brake pedals. Upper part of seat reclined too much, could not be brought upright enough. This situation hindered visibility and placed seatbealt in dangerous position, across neck. Installation of new seat track corrected problems and allowed seat to be properly adjusted.”

Consumer took vehicle to the dealership, and mechanic told him that there was a national back order for the bolts.”
