“There has been a knocking underneath my truck every time I hit a bump in the road as if something is loose underneath it ever since I purchased it in march of 2002. It has been to the service department twice. I was told that they could not find the problem but they also heard the knocking. I've also had to have both side mirrors replaced due to the springs breaking.”
