2002: “The dashboard on my 2002 Dodge ram is all cracked and the vents for the AC and defrost are all loose and broken. My A/C makes a loud rattling noise when I turn it on from the loose vents on the dash. This is my third new Dodge that I have bought and since chrysler is not doing anything to keep their customers the next new vehicle I buy will not be a Dodge.”

I have a bad heater core and no one will change it because of the dash needs to be removed and its so broken they can't remove it without replacing it. At a cost of a $1000.00 plus the cost of the heater core r&r . I had to get a cover for my dash so I could reattached the VIN code. Please do something about this. I figure I will hit a bump one day and the whole thing will fall!!!”
