2014: “We were driving home from thanksgiving break on the highway when we heard a loud pop. My husband thought my daughter had thrown something at his head. We looked back and she was asleep. We turned on the lights to see what happened and we found the head test had popped out. My husband had a slight headache after but we cannot get the headrest fixed.”

NHTSA complaint #11389706, filed 2021-01, 75,000 miles

2012: “It took 30 minutes for my husband to crank my car. He had to tap on relays in the fuse box to get it going. The car was parked in the driveway and had not been driven since the prior evening. Went to the dealership to ask about recall and they said chrysler had not come up with a fix yet. So the question is. What do we do if we keep having issues?”

NHTSA complaint #11320307, filed 2020-04, 108,430 miles

2017: “My 2017 Dodge Durango had water intrusion in the lift-gate tail light. I had one replaced under warranty after I noticed that the lights had failed and could see the water pooling in the light. The replace tail light also has water pooling in the bottom part of the light. The dealer won't replace this one for free because the warranty had expired.”
