NHTSA complaint #10201294, filed 2007-08, 45,000 miles“The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Stratus. The contact stated that the entire dashboard is failing. The passenger side air bag is beginning to raise from the dashboard and become visible. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealer. The dashboard had never been protected from sun exposure, however, when the failure began, the contact covered the dashboard with a towel and used a sun shield. The VIN, engine size, and number of cylinders were unknown. The failure mileage was 50,000 and current mileage was 51,000.”

Consumer's child was in the seat. The child was very upset and crying. Consumer stopped to correct this problem and the child seat snapped back into position with out any problems.”
