“The fuel tank of my Ducati 2007 gt1000 is spreading. The dealer extended the bracket out to hold it in place however I think this is a dangerous and temporary remedy as the tank is continuing to spread. I do not want to see the tank cracks and start a fire causing harm to myself and other.”

It has expanded beyond the point of sitting properly in the mounting points in the front. The tank now rests unsecured on the frame and will shift and teeter from side to side while the bike is in motion.”
